Layaway
To take advantage of layaway service, simply add your items to your shopping cart, choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method, then mail your first payment to:

You will receive an invoice via email with your order and first applied payment. Each time I receive a payment (there is not a set payment plan or deadline) I will apply the payment to your account and send you a new invoice with the updated information. If you choose, your final payment may be made by credit card to expedite the shipping of your order.
Pre-Orders
When fabulous, new products are introduced, stock is always a problem. I usually receive my initial order in a timely fashion, however subsequent orders are usually slow until production catches up with demand. It is for that reason that I offer pre-orders on the latest products, even though they are not yet shipping. This guarantees your item from the first shipment so you will be one of the first to receive your products. If an item in your order is out of stock, I will ship the items that are available immediately unless the out of stock items are expected in within 14 days. I reserve the right to ship using USPS on orders that are broken into multiple shipments.
Payment
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Personal Check, however, when using a check, I do not ship until your payment clears. Please note that your card will be charged when you place the order on my website. We do not store any credit card information for security reasons. Therefore we never see your credit card number and neither do hackers. This policy is in place to protect you as a consumer. If you know your product is backordered and you do not want the charge appearing on your bill, consider choosing check or COD as your payment option. This will reserve your item, but allow you to send payment when you are ready.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 3 days. Shipping will occur on the 4th day or before. With that disclaimer, orders typically ship the day after the order was placed.
I suggest UPS shipping, however know that some prefer a more economical option. Therefore I have added USPS Insured and Non-Insured. Please note that I am not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not chosen. We have a new system in place that will allow us to send you notification on USPS shipments that will include a delivery confirmation number. Because USPS does not scan at each location your package may arrive before it shows it even left.
Returns
We gladly accept returns when made within 14 days of your purchase. Simply return the products in its original packaging for a full refund less shipping and handling. There is never a restocking fee.
