Pre-Orders

When new products are released, we do our best to get them as fast as possible. We usually receive our initial order in a timely fashion, however subsequent orders are usually slow until production catches up with demand. That is why we will offer pre-orders on the newest items even though they are not shipping yet. This guarantees your product from our first shipment so you will receive it first. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. If you order other products with a pre-order item, they will be held until your entire order is complete. Back Orders

We do our best to keep out of stock items updated on our site but occasionally things happen and slip by us. If something in the Available category is back ordered, we will hold your entire order and ship it together.

Payment

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. All orders are charged at the time of purchase, regardless of back-order or pre-order items included in your order. If you would prefer to pay with a check you still place your order on our website and under “Method of Payment” choose check. Please mail your check within 3 days. Your order will be held until your check clears. Please contact us at sales@memorymiser.com to let us know you are paying by check or if you have any other questions. We cannot take payment information over the phone due to security reasons.

Shipping

We offer $5 everyday flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. Certain products in our shop do incur an extra shipping fee even though they are more than $100. These products do not qualify for for free shipping with codes or promotions either. International orders do not qualify for free shipping over $100 or with shipping codes.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. All orders will be processed within 4 business days from payment. We reserve the right to hold any orders that have a back ordered or out of stock product until they are ready to ship in their entirety. Shipping will occur on the 5th business day or before. However, most orders are processed faster than that. Single cartridges and other small items ship via USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method. When your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking information. We are not responsible for items after they leave our warehouse. We are not responsible for orders that the USPS shows as delivered. We encourage you to keep extra watch or alert your carrier when you are expecting a package. Because USPS does not scan at each location your package may arrive before it shows it even left. Any orders returned to us as undeliverable will be charged for additional shipping to resend order.

We do offer international shipping. For more shipping options, please email us us everything you want to order as well as your entire address. We can then calculate the best price and send you multiple shipping options and an e-invoice.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns when made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All products must be in the original packaging and unopened.

All returns require a return authorization number which you can receive by emailing sales@memorymiser.com with “Return” in the subject line. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it was determined to be our fault. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order is canceled after it has been processed (regardless of shipping status), it is considered a return and will be subject to a restocking fee.
